Studio 101 Furniture is committed to customer satisfaction. If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival to the customer, Studio 101 Furniture will replace the damaged part or replace the item.
All damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods via email. Photos of damages must be included in this email. The decision to repair or replace a damaged or defective item is at the discretion of Studio 101 Furniture and will be handled on a case by case basis. Replacement parts and items will be sent to the customer as soon as possible.
